How To Install and RUN DIGIPAY FUll Process 2023

Dear Vle, In this Article we will know How to Install and Run  Digipay,  How You can Do this? Digipay is an AEPS app operated by CSC. TO run this app you have to be a DIGITALSEVA PORTAL holder.



Requirements:-

Hardware Requirements:-

  1. Processor, 1 GB RAM, 
  2. 100GB Hard disk
  3. 10 Kbps internet speed


Software Requirement:-

  1.   .Net framework v 4.6
  2. MIcrosoft Visual C++ 2010  
Important Information:-
  1.  Only those VLEs who have registered on new CSC2. 0 registration portal would be able to disseminate services offered by system.
  2.  It is mandatory for VLE to give receipt to the customer for all the transactions irrespective of success or failure.
  3.  VLE has to update his cash in hand under settings tab on regular basis.
DIGIPAY INSTALLATION:-
  • Download the DigiPay from CSC portal. Or CLick Here   (Link Updated)
  • Extract Rar File.
  • Right Click on Installer and click on Run as Administrator.
DIGIPAY
  • Install the DigiPay client on your desktop/laptop. Click on Next Button.
 
 
  • Click on Next Button in every page and Install app in C or D Drive Location.
  • Click on Finish Button to complete the installation.
 
  • A shortcut will appear on Desktop. Launch the downloaded DigiPay application.
 
  • To launch the application double click on the DigiPay icon on your desktop
 
Registration and Login:-
 
Following are the steps to do the registration:-
 
  •  First time users are required to run the application as an administrator. To
  • Run the application as an administrator,right click on the downloaded file and then from there please select the Run as administrator command.
 
  • . Enter your Aadhaar Number followed by your Aadhaar authentication.
 
 
  • Once Aadhaar authentication is successful, you will get below message.
 
 
  • After Clicking on OK button, you have to again restart the application by double clicking on DIGIPAY Icon. 
  • Login Screen appears as shown below. 
 
  • Click on your Aadhaar no and authenticate yourself. Then Click on Login.
 
  • After login you would be able to avail all the services, as displayed in the left hand side of below screen.

  1. WITHDRAW MONEY
  2. BALANCE ENQUIRY
  3. MINI STATMENT
  4. POS BILL PAY

  20. All is working fine till the windows of registration. After successful installation and update of the apps, I tried to scan my fingerprint, "scan fingerprint" button is visible but "submit" button is not available. Fingerprint device is detected, server is connected, installed java, microsoft redis 10, dotnet framework is in the latest version, and my windows is windows 7 64 bit. Really wants to use this app, but the above problem can not be solved

  33. Digipay AEPS open ho raha hai, biometric finger device is also connected, but aftr puting number finger scan nai kr raha hai….

  71. digipay me fingar print ke bad jab process hota hai to INVALID STRING ERROR AA RAHA HE ISKA KYA SOLUTION HE. MERE PASS CSC ID HE JO 2016 NOV ME ACTIVE HUI THI OR AB BHI ACTIVE HE MARPHO 1300 E2 DEVICE USE KER RAHA HU

    mere ko csc id 25/12 ko mil gaya tha lakin abhi tak digipay start nahi hua. jab bhi digi pay start karke aadhar dalta hoon to user is unknown batata hai. ab main kya karoon. please koi jankari de.

  86. i have just successfully registered my morpho 1300 e2 with rd service, but when i enter aadhar no in digipay error show "unable to continue, user unknown in Digipay.contact digipay support." solve this problem pl. vle……mob.9838586330

  95. new VLE हूँ, digipay के लिए अभी authorized नहीं हुआ हूँ, आशा है महीने के अंत तक चालू हो जाए, अगर मैं दूसरे की CSC id से (जो digipay use नहीं कर रहा है) STARTEK FM220 U Biomatirc device खरीद लूँ तो क्या मेरी ID पर काम करेगा?

    Here i done successful installed digipay , but unable to login error is going on " unable to continue,user unknown in digipay.

    But i m got it my csc id December month 20th. mnore than 1 month sir.

    Kindly help me..
